On his way home from work late Sunday night, Jeremy picked up a pair of waders for Furman to wear in the snow. He absolutely loved sporting his new boots, but with the difficulty he had walking indoors with them on, I should have known walking in the snow would be almost impossible. I didn't keep Furman out too long because of this. He kept falling and getting wetter and wetter (and somehow kept managing to fall with his arms underneath him where he couldn't even move to get up-this produced lots of giggles on my part). When I began to get a whiff of urine, I knew he was a little too soaked and that it was time to head back indoors with this boy. I did get some super sweet shots of him throughout the day though. These are my favorites-
Loving his new boots (and almost looking like a military man with his pajamas).
Getting a peek at the snow out the front door.
So sweet.
Even sweeter.
Taking it all in.
Not a big fan of the sled.
Yes, I left him on the ground a few seconds longer, so I could take his picture (bad Mom). See how his arms are stuck under his body? Too funny.
Action shot of one of many falls.
Love him!

Furman is so advanced! In the week leading up to March, Tristan had a lot of comments about whether March would come in as a lion or a lamb. He also woke up roaring on the first because it was a lion day! And each day since he makes a point to tell us whether it is a lion day or a lamb day. But Furman is so young to have that figured out! You guys just have smart kids. :o)
